1. RETURN & EXCHANGE PERIOD

Customers may request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving their order. Requests submitted after the 5-day period may not be accepted.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

* The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
* The item must be in its original condition.
* All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
* The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, perfume, stains, or alteration.
* Proof of purchase, order number, or invoice must be provided.

Rizroma reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request that does not meet these conditions.

3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your claim, we may request:

* Clear photographs of the product.
* Photographs of the packaging.
* Your order number and contact details.

Once verified, Rizroma will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligible products may be exchanged for:

* A different size.
* A different available product.
* The same product if stock is available.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, Rizroma may offer an alternative product or refund.

5. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

* The item received is damaged or defective.
* The wrong product was delivered.
* The ordered item is unavailable after payment confirmation.
* A return request has been approved according to this policy.

Refunds will not be issued for products that do not meet the return eligibility requirements.

6. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

After approval, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

The time required for the customer to receive the refunded amount may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution involved.

7. NON-RETURNABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

* Products that have been worn, washed, or used.
* Products without original tags or packaging.
* Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
* Items returned after the 5-day return period.
* Products purchased during special clearance sales, unless received damaged or incorrect.

8. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If the return or exchange is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Rizroma, the shipping costs will be covered by Rizroma.

For exchanges requested due to size preference, color preference, or change of mind, customers may be responsible for any applicable shipping charges.

9. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

Rizroma reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a return, exchange, or refund request. Requests that do not comply with this policy may be declined.
